I recently started teaching a Robotics class to 7th & 8th graders. The class is structured around the LEGO Mindstorm NXT robotics platform. When I first heard about LEGO robotics I assumed that they were limited to some very basic programming. After using them a little and looking at other people’s projects on the internet it is obvious that they are almost limitless in what you can do with them. For instance check out this AWESOME rubik’s cube solver that someone built. 

So I’ve watched the first 7 episodes of the show now. I find the show amusing but it’s not going to be one of those have-to-watch shows for me. I took a screen grab of the ‘Computer Explosion’ shirt that was worn on the show. You can check out the large size by clicking on the picture.

I’m not sure if this show is cool, because I haven’t watched it yet. But I am pretty sure it is an awesome show, because this shirt alone contains enough awesomeness to garner this show an emmy. Not that I am trying to brag or anything. Seriously though, what’s better than a computer and a picture of something blowing up on the same t-shirt.
